Senior Consultant

A Senior Consultant is a senior-level resource who leads multiple projects of varying size and scope.  They may support multiple client engagements.  They directly manage client requirements and objectives.  Senior Consultants will demonstrate their strong consulting and technical expertise, while also expanding their knowledge breadth by learning new skills and technology.  They may act in a Team Lead capacity or operate independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).  Senior Consultants are expected to contribute to RG business growth initiatives.

Experience Level:

  • Non-Degree: 8+ years
  • BA/BS: 6+ years
  • Masters: 5+

  • Works independently under tight deadlines

  • Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies
  • Draws on experience, lessons learned, and best practices to solve problems
  • Empowers/facilitates problem solving techniques and actions from the team
