RG supports career development and advancement by giving employees the opportunity to attain their professional work objectives.  To assist employees in realizing their goals, the company provides Career Profiles which outline desired skills, performance expectations, and validating behaviors.  Career Profiles do not guarantee success but rather serve as a roadmap for employees to plan their growth within the company.

Human Resources / RG

Manage performance appraisal and various workforce initiatives
Foster a culture of career development and growth
Support coaching and mentoring relationships
Provide career development tools and resources for easy use
Ensure that HR and RG’s workforce initiatives are strategically aligned

Role Definitions

Team Member: A Team Member is a non-management member of an Engagement or Product Team that contributes to the goals and mission of the client(s).

Subject Matter Expert (SME): A SME is non-management member of an Engagement or Product Team who is recognized for their mastery of a skill, tool, or a client delivery related expertise.

Team Leader: A Team Leader is a first line leader on an Engagement or Product Team.  They are responsible for assigning and organizing work within the team, overseeing delivery execution, and reporting on team performance to the Engagement Leader or Product Leader.

Engagement Leader: An Engagement Leader is a senior leader on a customer-facing engagement.  They are responsible for the overall delivery of high-quality services and maintaining the corporate relationship with that customer.  They are also responsible for achieving client contractual obligations and RG growth & financial targets.

Product Leader: A Product Leader is a senior leader on a customer-facing engagement.  They are responsible for the overall delivery of high-quality product and product related services.
