It PAY$ to participate in RG's Employee Referral Program (ERP)! Through our ERP, employees who help us recruit new candidates can earn cash bonuses. We've found that the best way to obtain quality employees is by asking for referrals from the ones who already work here - and now referring candidates is even easier! Employees are invited to send all referrals to RGReferrals@teamrg.com. This ensures that the process is easier on our employees and guarantees that all Employee Referrals are received. Referrals can be made for current and future job openings. If you have submitted a referral in the past year that was not contacted and you would like to re-submit them as an Employee Referral, please contact Kris Hoegel at 703-739-6125 or by e-mail at kris.hoegel@teamrg.com to discuss next steps.
All resumes submitted through this process will be reviewed on a weekly basis with the entire recruiting team, and then dispersed to the appropriate recruiter. The candidate will be contacted within two weeks by the recruiter for an initial screening or will be notified that there are no current open positions that match their experience and that they will be kept in mind for future opportunities.
Please note that if you are involved in the interview/hiring process for your referral, you are no longer eligible to receive a bonus if the individual is selected for the position. Successful referrals will result in a $2000 bonus paid out in 3 installments.
